Yes of course! As long as they don’t conflict. It’s common for clients to follow a multi-pronged approach to reach their heath and fitness goals. This can include nutrition coaching combined with power lifting, and functional fitness simultaneously. That said, you may not want to do each of those sessions on the same day. However, our training team will keep all of your coaching in mind as they make recommendations. 

We hate to see you leave, but we won’t try to trap you into staying like some gyms. Obviously we don’t refund partial months, but let us know that you don’t wish to renew and we will update that in our billing system. 
We’re always here if you want to come again!

We are staffed during training hours. As staffing needs fluctuate, these hours will be adjusted. Times and schedules will be posted on site in advance and updated on a monthly or seasonal cycle. 

Each member will have an electronic key fab or key card. If you loose it, we can get you a new one with a small fee to cover the device/card. 
We ask that you only use your entry ID to allow yourself in and keep the building secure for all members.

The Strong Hold

We know this is probably going to step on a few toes….
But we believe it’s the right thing to do:

We are offering a rate that is well below the average for this level of training. Whereas typical one-on-one sessions are usually booked in 30-60 min segments, our drop-in approach to training allows you to mix up your short days and long days on your own schedule. Come as often as you like and work with any of the coaches and trainers on duty. 

This means that you no longer have to compete with others to schedule during peak hours and the training can be completed at your own pace. Training Programs are individually tailored for you, and all our trainers will have access to your specific needs and goals.  When you check in with a trainer or coach they will continue to monitor your progress, answer questions, and provide proper technique demonstrations or spot you on heavy lifts.
