Thinking To Skip Cardio?

There’s been a lot of talk in recent years about cutting cardio out of strength training. While some influencers have gotten views with post titles like “Never Do Cardio Again”… They have taken a narrow view to the extreme.

While it’s true that we may not need as much cardio as we one believed, it still plays a vital part of any strength training routine. At a minimum, keep in mind that Cardio Exercise gives you increased blood volume. This allows your body to deal with acids that occur in high intensity training. As a result your endurance increases which is an essential part of all types of training.

Our dedicated cardio machines are well maintained and plentiful enough to accommodate all of our members.
